Transformers, The Movie

February 7th 2007 00:46
Transformers

If you, or your kids, love Transformers, the movie is coming.

It will star Shia LaBeouf (Holes, I, Robot, Constantine), Megan Fox (the television shows: Hope & Faith, Crimes of Fashion), Josh Duhamel (Touristas, the tv show Las Vegas), Rachael Taylor (The Tourist, See No Evil), Tyrese Gibson (Flight of the Phoenix, 2 Fast 2Furious, Baby Boy), Jon Voight (National Treasure, The Manchurian Candidate, Ali, Deliverance, Midnight Cowboy), Anthony Anderson (Liberty Heights, Romeo Must Die, Hustle and Flow, The Departed), John Turturro (The Good Shepherd, Collateral Damage, Anger Management) and Michael O’Neill(tv: The West Wing, The Nine, The Unit).

The official website is TransformersMovie. It is due to be released July, 2007.

The Internet movie Database has links to the trailers and clips, as well as info about the movie at IMDB

And, if that isn’t enough, there is also the official blog at Transformers Live Blogspot .

Enough to get you started ?

The only show from that era that hasn't really dated in either original or remake form is Greatest American Hero largely because it was made so cheesy in the first place. The theme song is always the first one sung in a pub with your mates after a few too many.

Please Film Directors stop destroying my childhood memories with rubbish remakes. Next thing we know Velcro shoe fasteners and Hyper Colour t-sirts will be back in fashion

Hi David,
Thanks for stopping by.

I agree with you, most of the films are disappointing.

Shoud I mention that the folks who brought us the Matrix series and V for Vendetta, both of which I love, are filming Speed Racer? (due in 2008, I think)

Regards,

Theresa
